1. Where are you located and what are your operating hours?

2. What cuts do you offer?

All our Wagyu is imported directly from Kagoshima, Japan, a region famed for producing finest A5 Wagyu in the world.

3. Who supplies your Wagyu beef?

We source exclusively from Kamichiku, a trusted and award-winning Japanese supplier known for Halal quality, consistency, and authenticity.

4. How is the meat packed and delivered?

Each order is vacuum-sealed and packed in a foam-insulated box to ensure it arrives safely frozen with temperature integrity guaranteed.

5. Do you offer chilled or only frozen products?

We deliver frozen only to preserve maximum freshness and quality. Chilled options are currently unavailable.

6. How do I cook Wagyu at home?

Wagyu cooks fast and best with minimal seasoning.

For steaks or skewers:
Let it reach room temperature, lightly season (if needed), and sear on a hot pan for 30–60 seconds per side.

For yakiniku or shabu-shabu:
Use quick, high heat or hot broth and avoid overcooking to preserve tenderness. Let it rest before serving to enjoy the full experience.

11. How should I store the meat once received?

Store frozen at -18Β°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. For best taste and texture, consume within 2–3 days of thawing.
